Returns and exchanges

In the unlikely case that you don't like your piece or are not happy, you can return the piece within 14 days after receiving it. Please always notify me and send me an email before shipping the pieces back to me.

When I received your return order, I will review it and refund your order within 7 business days. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. Meadow Glow can not be held responsible for damages or loss of return orders.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, within their jewellery box. Please pack all exchanges carefully, as Meadow Glow cannot be held responsible for pieces damaged in return transit.

Please note that all items are handmade and unique. Therefore small differences that fall within a normal range for a handmade piece may occur. Examples of these may include very small bubbles, slight variances of colour or shade from what appears on screen.
