Handmade necklace with real gypsophila flowers and gold leaf.
In this unique, handmade necklace, I preserved real gypsophila flowers between thin layers of resin.
Each flower is lovingly picked from Flanders' wild meadows. The flowers are then dried for up to 8 weeks to preserve their fresh, natural colors and beauty.
The delicate flowers are then treated and encased in a high-quality, droplet-shaped pendant, that provides the perfect elegant frame for the sparkling floral scene within.
The resin further protects the preserved flowers from aging and provides a glossy finish.
The pendant hangs from a gold-filled chain, a quality material that combines the warmth of gold with the durability to be worn every day.
This delicate flower is a symbol of true love and represents honesty, purity and everything good between two people. That’s why it’s often found in bridal bouquets.
